★Where is the store based?

We are based in Toronto, Canada.


★What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days in their original packaging. Items must be new and unused. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

Please contact us with any issues you may have with your order.

 

★Do you accept orders placed outside of Canada?

We do! If your country is not available please contact us.

For our American customers: Due to the ongoing situation we currently have DDP shipping available, which means tarrifs pricing is included in the item listing but any additional taxes or fees must be paid by the customer. 

Please note for UK customers: VAT will have to be paid by the customer upon orders arriving in your home country. 

★Free Shipping Over $100

Spend over $100 USD to receive FREE shipping!

Currently this offer is only available for our Canadian customers with a limit of up to $300 purchase. Please contact for LARGE orders as the shipping rates will vary because of weight.

★Processing time

Orders are usually shipped in 1-5 business days.

Please allow for a longer wait times on handmade items as they are made to order.

★I got an email with my tracking number, but there has been no movement. Where is my order?

We update and send email notifications when the shipping label has been purchased.  We ship orders once a week which may not necessarily be right after we buy the labels.

★How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

 

★What if I have a problem with my order?

★Sustainability

All our products are designed in house and produced in small batches. 

We embroider certain products in house, this will be marked on the listing.

We also upcycle where we can, turning fabric scraps into something new. Read product descriptions to see if this applies to your purchase.   

When packaging our items we use as much recycled material as possible, which is why your package may arrive in reused material. 

When we receive packages we keep the cardboard, bubble wrap etc. and reuse it for your orders, it may not be pretty but it's environmentally friendly!  This packing method gives single use plastics a second life and we would encourage you to reuse them where possible as well.
